1) overheard conversation about Boston accents and the pronunciation of heart attack: "a hat is attacking you?"
2) Cute Overload referred to ferrets as "mischievious, burrowing kneesocks-with-eyes"

Tillykke med Fødselsdagen!
Today is my 35th birthday, and I plan to celebrate it thoroughly!
So things about today that are making me happy:
1) A present of tea, chocolate, books, and socks from my mom
2) Birthday lunch with good friends and fabulous dessert
3) A party tonight with chocolate cream cheese cupcakes (what? calories don't count on birthdays)
4) Knowing that I have friends and family that will always love me as I am
5) After a cold, wet couple of days, the sun is out and it's beautiful today!
